2. Marketplace Role

Gnodi Marketplace operates an online marketplace platform that allows independent users (“Sellers”) to list digital goods and services and allows other users (“Buyers”) to purchase those items using $GNOD.

Gnodi Marketplace:

• • provides the marketplace platform
  • facilitates listings and transaction coordination
  • may assist in collecting and distributing payments
  • may charge marketplace fees

Gnodi Marketplace is not the seller of any listed goods or services and does not control or guarantee the quality, legality, safety, accuracy, or delivery of items offered by independent sellers.

All listings are created and managed by independent users.

3. User Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to use the Marketplace.

By using the Marketplace, you represent that:

• • you are legally able to enter into binding agreements
  • you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • you will not use the Marketplace for unlawful purposes

4. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers are solely responsible for:

• • the accuracy of their listings
  • the legality of their goods or services
  • fulfilling orders and delivering purchased items
  • responding to buyer inquiries
  • honoring the terms described in their listings

Sellers must not list:

• • illegal goods or services
  • fraudulent or misleading listings
  • content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • goods or services that violate applicable law

Gnodi Marketplace reserves the right to remove listings or suspend users that violate these Terms.

5. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers are responsible for:

• • reviewing listings carefully before purchasing
  • verifying the credibility of sellers
  • ensuring their wallet and transaction details are correct
  • understanding how blockchain transactions work

Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed.

6. Payments and Blockchain Transactions

Transactions on the Marketplace are conducted using $GNOD, a digital asset that operates on a public blockchain network.

Payments may involve transfers between blockchain wallets or other blockchain-based settlement mechanisms.

Users acknowledge that:

• • blockchain transactions are irreversible
  • blockchain transactions are publicly recorded
  • wallet errors may result in permanent loss of funds

Gnodi Marketplace does not control the underlying blockchain network.

7. Final Sale Policy (No Refunds)

All transactions on Gnodi Marketplace are final.

Due to the nature of blockchain transactions and digital goods, purchases made using $GNOD cannot be reversed or refunded.

Gnodi Marketplace does not issue refunds under any circumstances.

Buyers should carefully evaluate listings before completing a purchase.

8. Buyer and Seller Disputes

Any disputes regarding:

  • accuracy of listings
  • fulfillment of orders

must be resolved directly between the buyer and the seller.

Gnodi Marketplace is not responsible for resolving disputes between users and is not liable for losses arising from transactions conducted through the platform.

9. Marketplace Fees

Gnodi Marketplace may charge fees to sellers or buyers for use of the platform, including:

  • marketplace commissions

Applicable fees will be displayed within the platform or communicated to users prior to completing transactions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gnodi Marketplace shall not be liable for:

• • losses resulting from transactions between buyers and sellers
  • errors in listings
  • non-delivery of goods or services
  • blockchain network failures
  • wallet errors or incorrect addresses
  • loss of digital assets

Users assume all risks associated with participating in marketplace transactions.

11. Blockchain Risks

Use of blockchain technology involves risks, including:

  • wallet security risks
  • network congestion
  • protocol changes
  • loss of private keys

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their wallets and digital assets.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the Gnodi Marketplace website, including logos, text, design elements, and software, is the property of Gnodi Marketplace or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Sellers retain ownership of their listed content but grant Gnodi Marketplace a license to display and promote listings on the platform.

13. Suspension and Termination

Gnodi Marketplace reserves the right to:

  • suspend user accounts
  • restrict access to the platform

for violations of these Terms or for activities that threaten the integrity of the marketplace.

14. Changes to These Terms

Gnodi Marketplace may update these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with the revised date.

Continued use of the Marketplace constitutes acceptance of any changes.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.
